When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, usually leave our warehouse that evening. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email directly from our warehouse. Once the shipper picks up your order, you will get a second email with your tracking number. In the event that one of your items is backordered AND does not ship that day we will contact you. |
Free Shipping Offer
The Jib Shop offers free shipping on most orders over $50; orders will ship via UPS Upgrades to faster Ground Service may ship via DHL or UPS at our discretion. Check maps below for average transit times. Exceptions to Free Shipping: 1. COD orders. 2. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or other countries. 4. Telephone order minimum to qualify for free shipping is $299. |
UPS Shipping Options
The Jib Shop offers shipping services from UPS, including UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, three Canadian methods, and two international methods. UPS guarantees their delivery times for UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver. Although UPS Ground is not guaranteed, the below map is VERY reliable for UPS Ground service. You can use the UPS Ground Shipping option to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii). UPS delivers orders Monday thru Friday except on national holidays. The following map shows typical transit times for both UPS or DHL.

For example: if you place your order from Montana on Sunday, your in-stock order should be shipped out on Monday and delivered on that Friday. UPS Ground allows for one additional day for delivery to remote locations. Orders placed on weekends and holidays cannot be shipped until the next business day (typically Monday through Friday). The Jib Shop is not responsible for delays beyond our control including but not limited to UPS errors, weather, or natural disasters. There are no refunds for UPS Express Shipping. We highly recommend that you choose a shipping method which allows the delivery of your order an extra day or two prior to the day that you MUST have your order. All UPS Express shipments are delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. |

Shipping to Another Address
If you pay by credit card and your card is registered with VerifiedbyVisa or MasterCard SecureCode and the charge is validated during the checkout process, we will ship to an address other than the billing address with no further requirements.
If you pay by credit card and your card is NOT registered with VerfiedbyVisa or MasterCard Secure Code, we will ONLY ship credit card orders to an address other than the credit card billing address if you have completed the following requirements:
- Contact your credit card company and ask them to make a note in your file authorizing The Jib Shop to ship to the alternate address (an address other than where you receive you credit card billing statements).
- You must provide your card issuer's customer service telephone number, located on the back of your credit card. By doing so, you are indicating that you will contact your credit card's customer service center to authorize the alternate shipping address you have given us.
We will then call your credit card's customer service to obtain authorization. Under no circumstances will we ship orders that have different billing and shipping addresses without receiving authorization from your credit card company. This protects your account by preventing credit card fraud. |
General Shipping Policies
We try to keep our website up to date with our inventory levels. If we are out of an item that you have ordered, we will send you an email and/or call you as soon as possible to let you know it is out of stock, and to give you options to upgrade or cancel that item.
