Return and Exchange Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our success. Our return policy is simple. Every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will issue a full refund on merchandise that is new or unused and returned with the original packaging in resalable condition within 15 days of purchase date for any reason. Simple.

Not exactly what you wanted? No problem. We ship all exchanges for free when
made at the time of your return authorization. Exchanges must be processed over the
phone.

We recommend ordering right away to ensure your replacement is in stock, so
don’t delay.


Instructions

Exchange your item:

1. Call TheJibShop.com at 1.877.227.0859 to set it up (call only).
2. A return authorization number will be issued.
3. We will create a new order for the item.
4. You will be refunded for your original purchase when it is received by the warehouse.

Return your item:

1. To process a Return call or email Sales@TheJibShop.com to obtain your return
authorization number (RA number).
2. Please provide the name on the order, order number and item you wish
to return with the reason for return.
3. Once you have your RA #, write it clearly on the outside of the box
and ship to:

4. You will be refunded for your original purchase when it is received by
the warehouse.

Important Qualifiers

Returned shipments will be refused if it arrives without a return authorization clearly written on the outside of the box. We reserve the right to add a 10% re-stock fee to packages arriving without a valid RA#.

To qualify for a full refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.

Packages must be returned prepaid.

We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund. If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or
packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per The Jib Shop discretion.

All shipping and insurance charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.

Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost.

Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
