New Item Warranty Policy
- Unless stated in the item description on the web page, we sell only new items manufactured by reputable companies.
- We do not inspect or test any items before shipping.
- We do not warrant that products sold will perform as advertised by the manufacturers, their agents, or by any other form of advertisement.
- Warranties, if any, are provided and serviced by the manufacturers themselves.
- To avoid misunderstandings, please make sure you read and understand the manufacturer's warranty.
- The manufacturers we work with provide prompt, courteous customer service.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost in returning your item to the manufacturer.
This limited warranty covers normal use, not damage resulting from improper packing during shipment, damage during shipment, damage caused by failure due to usage not in accordance with product instructions, or failure to perform required preventive maintenance. Warranty coverage will not apply if the serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.
During the warranty period we will, at our option, repair or replace defective or damaged products or refund the amount you paid for the product less depreciation. Requests for warranty service can be made by calling our Customer Support Team (1.877.227.0859) with the following information: order number, serial number, and a description of the problem and the type of equipment. Valid proof of the date of original consumer purchase, including the serial number of the product, may be required before warranty service is provided.
If our technician determines that a warranted product is defective and that a repair is necessary or that a replacement product is required, you will be given a Return Authorization (R.A.) number to return the defective product at your cost. You must write this number clearly on the outside of the box next to your return address.
The defective product must be received in our warehouse within fifteen (15) days after the RA# is issued to allow for one hundred (100) percent credit back to you. The defective product should be shipped to us prepaid and insured, using the original box and packing materials (or equivalent packaging). Shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product will be your responsibility.
We refurbish our equipment from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry-standard practice. We own all parts removed from repaired products. If we repair or replace a product, its warranty term is not extended.
Under no circumstance will we be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may occur during the use of our refurbished equipment or as a result of the product's failure to perform. In all cases, the customer's sole remedy for a product failure is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
